*Conference Organization Reference : The information collected about you will be processed by the Directorate for of Collective Scientific Assessment, Foresight and Advanced Studies (DEPE) at INRAE.

Personal data are collected and processed for :
- Registration management
- Management of transport / overnight stays / meals
- Issue of badges
- Written, video and/or audio communication relating to conferences
The legal basis of this processing is our public interest task.

According to their respective needs, the recipients of your personal data are:
- People in charge of organising the event
- Service providers: reception/access management (last name, first name, organisation),
- Participants: list of those attending the conference (last name, first name, organisation)
The personal data that can be collected are: title, last name, first name, business e-mail address, organization or company, function, professional address, city, postcode, country. Your personal data information will be stored under optimal conditions of security and confidentiality and will be kept for a period of 4 years for the management of mailing lists. At the end of this period the personal data collected will be destroyed. Only the organization or company and country are kept in an excel file. These data allow analysis and follow-up of participants in conferences organised by the DEPE.
In accordance with the EU regulation on the protection of personal data and the French Data Protection Act, you are entitled to access, correct, oppose the use of on grounds relating to your particular situation, to withdraw your consent at any time (newsletter, email advertising, transfer to future organizers), and delete data held on you. Some requests may require proof of identity.
